The City of Zenica has signed a ground-breaking agreement with the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA). This partnership grants Zenica continuous access to IDDEEA’s registers through web services, streamlining legal procedures and administrative processes.
This collaboration aligns with the EU Digital Strategy and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly enhancing data exchange, transparency, and public service efficiency. By connecting directly to central IDDEEA registers, Zenica aims to reduce administrative hurdles and improve citizen services.
