When former Australian Digital Minister, Victor Dominello finished his time in government, he established the Trustworthy Digital Society Hub – the project following on his digital objectives and priorities. One lasting goal was broadening understanding of the biggest challenge of trust in the digital and AI age and bridging the gap between public-private sector positions on customer experience.

The hub advocates to align the “conservative” government’s position on safety and customer experience more with the distinctively different private sector. The Hub pledges to harmonise public-private collaboration for streamlined delivery of digital services and to understand the real technologies supporting innovation.
